Auto Remove addresses from to field

Hello OTRS community,

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure OTRS to remove addresses from the to field? So that systems do not get OTRS reply spam when operators fail to remove them, or external contacts do not mistakenly left in tickets.

Example:
Tickets generated from monitoring software will have a do not reply address. When an operator goes to reply they will need to add the groups whom need to know about the issue and remove the monitoring systems donotreply email ( I would like to remove this step)

Example2:
External service provider sends in a ticket to OTRS, we have OTRS set to NOT respond with any auto response. When an operator goes to reply they will need to add the groups whom need to know about the issue and remove the external service provider ( I would like to remove this step)

This would ideally be coupled with my other inquiry about having OTRS auto add cc's to emails based on queue viewtopic.php?f=62&t=31753
