How to upgrade from CKeditor 3.6.2 to 4.5.7 on OTRS 3.1.1

Namaste to you all :D ,

I need some guidance, we are using OTRS 3.1.1 in our company, now we want to upgrade the default CKeditor which is 3.6.2 to 4.5.7 full edition.
Can any of you kind souls kindly guide me on how i can go by this process?
You prompt response will be highlt appreciated.
To whom much is given, much is expected from.

use the latest version of OTRS which has newer versions of CKeditor. 3.1 is not maintained for years
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
