Hello everybody,
In some of the process tickets I created, I have an article box so that the operator can add some extra details.
What I would like to do now is having templates available to fill that article box.
I already managed to add templates to new notes & phone calls depending on the queues, but that is only available when the process tickets has already been created...
Is there a way make it possible ?

Nobody has an idea? 
Just to be sure, I am talking about text templates to fill the article text box inside a process ticket, not about process templates themselves (which are a business solution feature).
