Hallo Forum,
unsere Tickets wechseln recht häufig Besitzer und Verantwortliche, dadurch wird der Baum in der Zoom Ansicht unnötig aufgebläht. Ist es möglich in dem Baum Responsible und Owner updates nicht anzuzeigen? Sie stehen ja in der History.

In der 2.4. gibt es einen Filtermechanismus für den Artikelbaum, dann kannst Du sie ausblenden
