Hi all, I don't know if this is posible, but I try..
Since some time ago my AD connection is slower. Unfortunately I can't do anything to improve it.
This has affected the dashboar OTRS 4. Now load much slower, from 4 to 6 seconds delay to generate the view of the dashboard.
My question is: is there any way to speed or cache data read from the AD to generate the dashboard view?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
