Hi,
I would like to change the Customer User field on the NewPhoneTicket screen to selection box instead of text box or use some verification that the customer user entered is of a known customer user.
We do not want the agents to be able to open tickets on unknown customer users.
I looked for it all over the sysconfig but cannot find how or where to do it.
Any idea?

This needs some development. Do you know javascript? Then you can add some javascript to the template that checks the addresses when the form is submitted...
