Upgrade from OTRS 3.3.3 to 5.x

Hi,

We are currently running OTRS 3.3.3 and would like to know if we can upgrade to the latest version 5.x?

Will it be a direct upgrade or we need to upgrade from 3.x to 4 and from 4 to 5?

you have to go through all minor versions

3.3.x -> 4.0.latest -> 5.0.latest

Please check the admin manuals for version 4 and 5 (http://doc.otrs.org) for details
