(SOLVED) Dashboard - Panel does not work
Hi! I have a problem with OTRS 5.0.8. In the dashboard the panel "Resumen de tickets por cola" does not work.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

In Admin>SysConfig>Frontend::Agent::Dashboard (Ticket) option DashboardBackend###0270-TicketQueueOverview the states must match the table ticket_state
