Hello all.
I have installed OTRS 5.0.7 Free in my company using LDAP to authenticated users. It is working like a charm, fetching inclusive telephone and department informations from the Active Directory. Las week I was asked to show statistics with the opened/closed tickets by departments, but the department field that was fetched by LDAP does not show in the report.
Based on that, is there a way to create a dynamic field and fill it with this fetched data from the Active Directory?

Search the SysConfig for DynamicFieldFromCustomerUser
