Migrate or merge data from previous version

Hi everybody,

I was looking for some tip but i didn't something useful to me, so i need your help guys if someone did this before, the facts are:

- I have a functional running OTRS version 3.0.10 with ITSM and LDAP auth , running on Centos 5
- I have a new server with Centos 6 and i have installed a fresh new version of OTRS 5.0.9
- In this new server, i have a copy of the database from OTRS 3

So this new server is ready almost ready to work, but i want to know if there is some guide or tip to migrate, merge or something like that, the data from the previous version to the new one ?? is that possible ?? maybe i can´t, but if somebody has the experiencie with this i would appreciate if you can help me.

Just follow the documentation, 3.0 ->3.1 -> 3.2 -> 3.3 ->4.0 -> 5.0
You'll have a long way to go
