OTRS pdf file forward - damaged file

Hi all! I need your help related to a bug in our OTRS platform: When we forward some pdf files, they are delivered by e-mail to customers corrupted. We are using OTRS 3.2.3 on Windows.

I have these random two errors:
* Insufficient data for an image - after you hit OK a blank doc is opened with the same number of pages as the original, but all are empty.
* There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired - nothing is open in Adobe Acrobat

The document size is the same that the one sent from OTRS.

If I open the attachment from here: D:\OTRS\OTRS\var\article\2016\04\20\387614 the file is ok. Also if I open it from OTRS application.

In article folder I have a file "16013576.pdf.content_type" with this content:

For other pdf file this file content is different. Maybe this is why I have issues?

The issue in recent (started 1 week ago). No configuration changes were done to the OTRS or OS since. No errors in otrs.log

What should I check next? Thank you very much!

migrate to a newer version of OTRS

OTRS 3.2.3 is really outdated, last 3.2. was 3.2.18. OTRS 3.2. also is not maintained any more as the actual version is OTRS 5
