Error to close or search a ticket.

Hi my friends,
Since some days ago, i have a problem. When I want to search a ticket or close any ticket I receive this error in http error_log.

[error] Can't use string ("2016/04/06") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/User.pm line 191.\n


I have Centos 5.11 with OTRS 3.1.11.

Anybody that can help to me please? :(
