I wanted to know how to move the inserted field in the creation of the customer ticket, so as to move over the object field; The page to be edited is otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketMessage

I tried to modify the code by changing the file Kernel / Output / HTML / Templates / Standard / CustomerTicketMessage.tt, but I have got what I wanted.
