Dear Friends,
I see there is no way to link Services to Groups. Is it configurable or advisable not to do so as far as ITIL frame work is concerned?

Hi,
OTRS uses services linked to customer users.
There are commercial addons for linking it to CustomerID.
i do not know a possibility to link services to groups - maybe with ACLs for each group and service?
