Notification-problems

Hello Community

I wanted to create different notifications:
- Create Ticket -> Email to the creator of the ticket
- Extern Note -> Email to the customer
- Ticket close note extern -> Email to the customer
- Note from the customer -> Email to the ticket owner
- Ticket closed from another person than the ticket owner -> Email to the ticket owner

Unfortunately it doesn't work right, for example if I made an intern note, there goes an email to the customer and so on...

I work on OTRS 5.0.9
