Hello!
Is it possible to add the date the ticket is created to the information field for customers?
I tried to add some fields in Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewZoom but cant get it to work.
Customers can only see how many days ago the ticket was created.. I want to see the date the ticket was created.

Someone has an idea? I tried to add the date in the fields below but cant find the right name.
