First of all, I know there is already a thread in this forum. But there were older OTRS-Systems used so the tips didn't help me because I've OTRS 5.0.9.
So to my desire:
I want to have default in the subjectfield when i make a note or wenn i close a ticket.
The ticket title should be the default.
