[SOLVED]Creating tickets with generic agent

Post by akosarko »

Helo!

I have a exercise that i have to solve.
I have a process. A ticket int this process has an Activity Dialog with a Dynamic Field.
If the agent set "option 1", the ticket has to change process, it has to be put in an another process.
If the agent set "option 2" on the Dynímic filed, the ticket has to be also put in an another process, and a new child ticket has to be created.

How can it be solved?
After the agent clicks "ok" on the activity dialog, a new activity in this process can't be used. So Transition Action can't be used to create a ticket with ticketcreate module.

Is the generic agent can be used for creating (child)ticket to a ticket?

Have a nice day,
Ákos

Hi,

a generic agent can not create tickets.

Can you explain
"If the agent set "option 1", the ticket has to change process, it has to be put in an another process."

a little bit more? I do not get your idea, sorry

If you have a process it can create tickets. If they have ProcessID and ActivityID, they'll create process tickets.
