Customer update / email to Agent

Hi,

On OTRS 5, how is the Event that can trigger when a Customer reply an open ticket?

I need get the reply and send to the ticket owner by email the notification.

I've tried ArticleUpdate without success.

there is preconfigured notification for this
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
