OTRS smtp emails

Hi

Please advise where I can change:
1. SMTP from header when extrenal smtp is in use, i found only SendmailEnvelopeFrom where I can setup only email address, I want to also add to email header sender name

2. Also where I can change mail header for auto-reply mails.
