We've migrated from 4.0.7 to 5.0.10 following the "Upgrading OTRS from 4 to 5" admin manual. When we use the bulk action, we have a 500 error which appears in httpd logs as :
I've seen another ticket regarding this problem which was solved by upgrading from 5.0.2 to 5.0.3.Can't call method "FatalError" on an undefined value at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketBulk.pm line 32.

In our case, we already have the latest version.
Do you have any hint to debug/solve this problem ? I've tried with and without the MasterSlave module and have the same behaviour.
