Place link on otrs Process ticket

Helo!

I search for a solution for putting a link/button on a process ticket, that opens the link in a new browser tag.
For example, the button should be put near the ticket activity dialog buttons, and pushing it should cause open a new window like an activity dialog.
The link have to contain the TicketID.

Is it possible in OTRS?

You can add buttons to activity dialogs by way of editing the template, though this button will appear on every activity dialog.

You might be able to use javascript to show/hide based upon activityID.
