Create ticket via Rest API without Priority?

It is possible to create a ticket via TicketCreate REST function, without sending a priority value, but sending the values of ITSMCriticality and ITSMImpact?.

no. Also the MAtrix will only work in the agent interface and not for tickets created by webservice or mail
