Can't see State

We've installed ITSM and can generate changes and workorders, but cannot see the State. I see it listed in the System Config, but it does not show up in the browser, which means that we cannot change the State.

States for Changes follow the Change state machine and apply based upon conditions.
States for Workorders follow the workorder state machine and apply based upon workorder reports (and conditions).

Why can't I see and change the state of a change that's in progress? I watched the ITSM video and I don't see the State dropdown at all when I Edit the Workorder.

Maybe I'm not being clear enough. When I have a Workorder open from a Change, I cannot see the State dropdown menu. It is not visible on the form at all, so I can't change it to Accepted or any other state.

This is a workorder for a change I created. I clicked the Edit button on the Workorder and this is the pop-up form.

Hi,

this is the edit screen. I think you have to use the report screen.

Ha! You're right. It does show up on the Report screen, but on the video, the narrator goes to the Edit screen and sees it so I thought we didn't have it.
