Hide "Merge Ticket" based on Role

Hi to all,

I need hide "Merge" option in OTRS (Ticket Zoom and Bulk actions) based on role of the agent, both roles have a "rw" permission (necesary for my operation).

Other way its hide "Merge to Ticket#:" and only keep "Merge to Old"

for the Action you have to use ACL
For the bulk screen - I think this is not possible
