Cannot read Digitally signed Email in OTRS

Hi,

We just received one of the messages to OTRS where in the email was digitally signed. The message could not be opened.

Is this a known Issue? Our OTRS version is 3.3.3

PGP and S/MIme are working perfectly in OTRS (if setup correctly). You also should update your OTRS version to the latest patchlevel or much better to the latest version (5.0.10)
