Issue with Font size while reply/forward on a article

Hi,

I am using otrs 3.3.12 for windows. I am having a strange kind of issue with font size. When a external-note is received in OTRS, and you try to reply on that article, the original text size begins so small that it is not readable. The interesting point which I noticed is that when the font size of external-note was 12px, it shrinked in reply but when font size of external-note was 10px, it din't shrinked in reply! How is it possible? I am not getting any clue about it after searching a lot! Please help me with it.
