otrs 5.0.7 with iphone package

Hi Team,

I have otrs 5.0.7 installed on centos7.

I am trying to install the iphone package but when i go to package manager and do an update, I cant see it.

If i manually download it and try to install iPhoneHandle 4.0.2, I get an error that this is for framework 4.x.x only and I am on 5.0.7.

Can anyone please advise.

As OTRS5 has a responsive design there is no more iphone handle for this version of OTRS

do you know whether is provided a release of this package for version 5 of OTRS?

How can I do as an alternative for the consultation of OTRS by iOS and Android? I can use the browser to Android, but iOS, if I try with Safari, gives me an error message:

"Safari can not open the page because the connection to the server failed."

there is no more package for OTRS5. Webbrowsers of the phone will be sufficient. As the error message is generated by the phones browser check the network connection

Thanks, I have verified that Safari and Opera do not apply the REWRITE policies configured on my NetScaler.

If I enter in the browser, the extended URL, everything works properly.
