Incremental application and Db backup

Is their any option for incremental application and DB backup?

I know that using ]$./backup.pl i can backup db and application entirely, but i need incremental backup which i can run daily basis.

did you check the online help of backup.pl?
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
