I've configured OTRS with CustomerIDs, in order to let customers have multiple CustomerID.
Anyway, when they create a new ticket (CustomerTicketMessage), it is always associated with their default CustomerID.
I would like to let them set or select the CustomerID associated to a new ticket, just like I can do it as an Agent (e.g. : AgentTicketMail).
I'm using OTRS 3.1.11, but, if it is possible in an upgrade of OTRS, I'll consider upgrading (I'm already considering...).
Can you help me ?

I haven't been able yet to find where the request creating the new ticket with CustomerTicketMessage is initialized. I'd like to store into CustomerID the value set in a form field.
Any idea ?
