Hey there,
as with so many things with a system that keeps history and changes: You don't.
At least you shouldn't. As far as I know, there's no way to do so via the scripts or the webfrontend. You could do it via DB - but that's not recommended, and neither will I recommend it.
What's your use case?

Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Hey, I don't think it's actually possible to delete... someone correct me if I'm wrong please.
But you can make them invalid so they can't use the OTRS anymore.
In the admin area via Customer Management -> Customers
Select the customer you don't want anymore -> change valid to invalid.
That way, when you unexpectedly need that customer again, you can simply make them valid again.
