Error: Need TicketID! in CustomerTicketZoom

After updates from version 3.2.17 to 3.3.15 I have problem with a preview of ticketing in the customer panel.
When I click on any ticket on the list, I get the message:

Error: Need TicketID!

We are having the same problem in version 3.3.9 in the preview of tickets in the customer panel.
Someone found how to solve it?
