JavaScript - Error after clicking on link

Hello everyone,

i created a link to the ticket which is shown in an outgoing e - mail ( example if an agent answers on a ticket).

The link looks like this: <OTRS_CONFIG_HttpType>://<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>/<OTRS_CONFIG_ScriptAlias>customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketZoom&TicketID=<OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>

It works fine most of the time, but sometimes the customer gets an JavaScript error... any ideas?
