OTRS Version: 5.0.9
I am trying to get otrs to send a notification to customer when there request has been received in otrs via email (Raw Queue), Auto-Reply with ticket information is not being sent to customer. if i use email-outbound it is working as reply but not as autoreply. i don't see any error in syslog while sending autoreply. For RAQ Queue - Autoreply is enabled
Could you please help me on it.
