I would like to ask if what module is needed to configure in enabling the hyperlink of link ticket when creating new phone ticket?
I already checked this viewtopic.php?t=11591 page but in my case the hyperlink of link ticket is not appearing in AgentTicketPhone even if I have the admin privileges. BTW, Im using OTRS 5.

I only have these hyperlinks in options: I need to enable the link ticket without disabling customer user or faq in option.
Please help me to determine what module is this in sysconfig.
