Hi,
For the different category of problems we need to create different types of Ticket request form (i.e. phone request).
How do we go about implementing this ?
Also we need to prefill some of the form inputs during ticket creation. i.e. depending on the user selection of one of the dynamic fields, the other field option should be selected.
Appreciate ur advise
