Problems with tickets with many articles

Dear all,

since v. 5.0.11, I get the following error after trying to open a ticket with many (32) articles:

Cannot read property 'RegisterUpdatePreferences' of undefined

(?)()@https://myhost.mydomain.tld/otrs/index. ... 88:6707:22
HTMLDocument.<anonymous<@https://myhost.mydomain.tld/otrs-web/js ... onJS_6df69.....

and so on.

With version 5.0.10, opening such tickets have been slow, but working. Now, OTRS freezed afterwards.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

BTW, it's a Debian 8/Jessie, 64 bit (and therefore apache 2.4,...), 16 GB RAM

Did you delete the cache? Did you set the permissions? Any messages in the logs?

No errors in the logs found.
Permissions set and cache deleted several times.

Today i tried to figure out by uninstalling modules.
I uninstalled nearly all - and found out, that after installing the ITSM-Package (Bundle), the issue appears...

Another news:
Trying ITSM Bundle 5.0.11 and 5.0.10 makes no difference

Downgraded OTRS to 5.0.10 today - and it's working again.
I think i will wait for 5.0.12 and test again then...
