OTRS 4 iPhone App suddenly missing from the Canadian store?

We are using OTRS 4 and have installed the OTRS app on the iPhones of some of our agents. Today I am trying to install on another phone and am getting the message that the app is no longer in the Canadian store. Anybody know what happened, or how I can get around this? I understand that version 5 has a responsive design that is supposed to make the app unnecessary, but we don't have the resources to do the upgrade at the moment.

please ask the vendor/distributor of the app. AFAIR it was no community module.
