I configure notifications but in the history of tickets and mail.log cant see that notifications sent. I am certain that notifications are well becouse it is a simple configuration... someone can help??

Show your configuration. Have you checked the logfiles (OTRS log and webserver log)? Are agents subscribed to the queue?
