Info Upgrade 4->5 on new server

Hi,
I'm upgrading our version of free otrs4 to version 5 on a new server.
i don't need to pass the db with all the tickets. I only need to pass configuration files (accounts, rules for queues and others..) because move it takes too long.
I made a fresh installation on the new server and now i'm not sure of what the procedure is, to pass the configuration.
Could you please help me??

most of the configuration is stored in the database, so you need to migrate.
