catalog of services OTRS - associate each service at a price

Dear(a)s,


how to implement a catalog of services by SLA in ORTS . But I want to associate each service at a price with the SLA , so that when you select the type of service has come with the price of each service and SLA resolution.

Ex: -> user account creation - SLA 30 min - 5 UST (technical service unit ) - Value - R $ 10 reais .


Does anyone have any idea how to do?

Hi,

I have seen similar things (calculating values in dynamic fields) this, with xlst webservices in a presentation with commercial addons from otrs.com

I can not reproduce :( It is too complicated for me
But this could be exactly what you need.

This can also be done with an event handler.
