Hi,
Once logged into the OTRS Customer Portal, how do I disable the 'New Ticket' option under 'Tickets' ?
The reason for this is that I'm using Process Tickets as our preferred form of workflow, and 'New process ticket' under 'Tickets' is sufficient, where 'New Ticket' is confusing to several staff members.
I've looked at SysConfig however I'm not able to distinguish the required control type.

Disable the option CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerTicketMessage in Ticket → Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
