OTRS slow in google chrome

Good afternoon my friends, I am a layman in this area.

The OTRS my company works correctly in Mozilla Firefox , but when I try to use it in Chrome crashes.
Can someone help me?

Whats the version of your Chrome?
In our company we uses Google Chrome and it runs smoothly.

I say this because the performance of OTRS is lower in Google Chrome. The system is very slow in Chrome.

Version 4 , can not remember you have installed extra packages.

try update to latest patchlevel of 4 or to 5
