Gerneric Agent "Folders in your mailbox have name conflicts"

Hi Leute...

hab von Microsoft eine Spam-Flut erhalten. ich hab ein Outlook Mail Account.
Naja, jedenfalls schaffe ich es nicht den Generic Agent so einzustellen, dass dieser die Tickets findet:
