Hi OTRS Experts, I am new in OTRS.
This is to seek your support for below issue.
Field "type" missing in page customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketMessage, the page is for customer to create a new ticket.
In SysConfig --> Tickets --> Frontend::Customer::Ticket:;viewNew
the value for "Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###TicketType" is "Yes"
No change in file "CustomerTicketMessage.tt".
So the field should display in the page, but it is not there.
Any other configurations that control the visibility of this field?
