OTRS 5
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe im Admin Bereich sowohl "Service" als auch "Service Level Agreements" in "Ticket Settings" gepflegt und diese in ViewResponsible verfügbar geamcht.
Allerdings sind diese im entsprechenden Fenster nicht verfügbar / "not available".
Warum?
Gibt es irgendwo ein halbwegs vernünftiges Manual zum SLA und Services?
Im Web habe ich schon diverse Manuals (auch die direkt von der OTRS Seite) gefunden aber keines hilft mir aktuell so richtig weiter.
Besten Dank im Voraus für die Mithilfe / Klärung.

Jetzt ja, ok, hatte ich vergessen im Customer Bereich zu pflegen.
Aber die "Service Level Agreement" Auswahlbox ist immer noch not available.

Erst wenn "Service" auswähle habe ich auch "Service Level Agreement" verfügbar.
