Is it possible to import ticket's details to a new database??
We need to create new otrs system because we don't have access in the database of the old otrs system.
Is import/export can be a tool to import ticket's data or customer's data?
We are currently using mysql workbench. I just need advice if there's a way to do that?
So that we will not manually encode data to the new otrs system?
