OTRS very slow

Hello , I am slow of problems in my OTRS. It is taking too long to load pages.
Can someone help me?

Which pages are slow or is it an issue for every page? Did you check DNS? Is the database on the same server as OTRS? Did you enable the performance log in OTRS?

OTRS consuming a lot of memory with APACHE processes, does anyone know why?

My processes are consuming 2GB but the server is accusing 6GB .

Here apache also takes a lot of memory. I guess it's mod_perl's caching. I can watch memory usage increasing if I open an existing ticket having large attachments or a lot of articles.

I simply restart apache.

already restarted the Apache but it continues to consume a lot of memory . I rebooted the server but the problem continues. I would have to see a method for Apache consumes very little memory.
