OTRS CLOSE TICKET
Hi, please anybody tell me in this version where i can configure by when agent close a ticket, this system send email of notification to the customer? and also where configure by that when the system receive a new email from the customer, the system send email to the agent notificate of the new ticket? Please help me i had this configuration but with the version 4, in this version I'm lost. Thanks

all old notificatioins where automatically ported to the Ticket notifications during migration. As you are asking very basic questions all the time I suggest to buy profesional support for design, setup, training and operation of OTRS. You can contact sales@otrs.com for this
