Can't respond to a ticket

Hello,I've got this problem for the second time in a week, whenever i try to answer a ticket from some specific queues ( not all of them but most of) i can't select the answer option with the dropbox and so those queues are becoming useless, I'm using otrs via the web interface. I checked the system logs and it says " [name of the queue] has no mail exchanger (MX) or A resource record defined " . Those queues are related to a specific Customer and got the same name, does it can be part of the problem ? Because I made one queue regrouping all the smallest Customer and I never had any problem with it.Thanks for your help

In the admin view, go to that queue and check if it has a "systemaddress" assigned to it.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Yes they all got the same systemaddress, whichis used for our Customer to create a ticket by mail,can it be source of the problem ?

try to disable check MX record in sysconfig

I've done this, and it still doesn't work, maybe updating otrs to version 5 can help?
